CONTACT ROUTES

Three legal contact paths

Legal questions need a clear route, not a mixed inbox. Use the contact path that matches your request so we can send it to the correct internal team.

Legal email Send account terms, privacy, cookie or rights requests to our legal mailbox. Include your registered email, the affected page or wallet record, and the exact change or access request you want us to check.
Live support handoff If you start through chat, ask for a legal handoff and avoid sharing card data or passwords. Our team can tag the case, confirm your email, and route the matter to the correct queue.
Account form request For data correction or account access queries, use the account form inside your profile area. The form links your request to your account record, which helps us answer with the right context.
DATA RIGHTS

Six checks behind your account rights

We handle legal requests through defined checks so your account record is not changed on a casual message.

Identity match

Before changing legal account data, we may match your request against your registered email, login record and recent account activity. We do not ask for your password, and you should not share it.

Payment record care

UPI, Paytm and PhonePe records may be used to confirm wallet activity linked to your account. We check references, timestamps and account ownership before acting on wallet-related legal requests.

Cookie choices

Cookies help us keep sessions active, remember consent choices and protect login flow. You can manage browser settings, but blocking some cookies may affect access to account areas that require verification.

Retention periods

Some records must be kept for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or payment dispute reasons. When retention is no longer required, we remove or anonymise records according to our internal schedule.

Change requests

You can ask us to correct account data that is outdated or inaccurate. We may need proof before changing legal names, email ownership, payment references or account access details.

Security alerts

If we see account access that looks unusual, we may pause changes until ownership is checked. This protects your legal rights while keeping the wallet and contact record aligned.

Legal questions before you join

These answers cover the legal points we are asked about before an account is opened or changed. They explain eligibility, data use, payment records and contact steps in plain language. If your matter depends on a state rule or court direction, our reply will reflect that requirement rather than a general site rule.

Your account is governed by the current terms, privacy wording, cookie wording and any wallet rules shown on our site. Access depends on local law and is available where local law permits.

India has national laws and local rules that may affect access in a state or union territory. If a location rule applies, we may restrict sign-in, wallet use or certain account actions.

We may keep account email, login records, device signals, support messages and payment references. These records help us meet legal duties, handle disputes and answer requests about your account rights.

Yes. Send the correction request through the legal email or account form, and explain what is wrong. We may ask for proof before changing names, contact details or payment-linked records.

We use payment references to match deposits, withdrawals, refunds or disputes with the correct account. We do not need your UPI PIN, Paytm password or PhonePe login to process legal checks.

You can request deletion, and we will check what can be removed. Some records may stay for legal, tax, payment dispute or fraud-prevention duties until the required period ends.

Use the legal email for privacy rights and cookie questions. Include your registered email, the device or browser involved, and the action you want, such as access, correction or deletion.
